From that above list, I regularly consume the following on a weekly basis:
- Lettuce, spinach and broccoli.
- Chicken.
- Mackarel and sardines. I note that not mentioned is tuna fish, which I use in my salads for its beneficial high level of omega 3 fatty acids.
- Eggs.
- Extra virgin olive oil.
- Turmeric.
